We are looking for Sales Development Representatives for our esteemed organization.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Location: Noida (Onsite)
Required Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT Industry
Education Criteria: Any Degree

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Must Have
1 to 3 years in sales and that has to be in IT service based firm
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
Strong negotiation skills

Strong leadership quality
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred.
Working experience on up work is a bonus.
