Role: Associate Regional Head Home Interior Position Open No 1 Locations Open Pune Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Regional Head - Home Interiors to oversee our interior design and furnishings operations across the city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and team leadership, with a passion for design and a proven track record of driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Business Development: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients. - Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and inform strategy - Team Leadership: - Manage and mentor a team of interior designers, sales representatives, and support staff. - Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team development - Project Management: - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance. - Ensure high-quality standards in all interior design projects - Client Relations: - Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. - Address client concerns and feedback to enhance service delivery - Reporting and Analysis: - Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Analyse regional performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - 8+ years of overall experience of which 4 years in a managerial role within the interiors or related industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of design trends and best practices in the interiors industry.
