Job Title Sales Manager Director - IT Services Solutions Location Pune MH India Department Sales Business Development Reports To Vice President - Sales CEO About SAT Inc SAT Inc is a leading IT services and solutions provider specializing in technology consulting managed services and digital transformation We work with clients across industries to deliver customized solutions in AI cloud cybersecurity enterprise applications and workforce augmentation We are growing rapidly and looking for a driven Sales Leader to scale our client base and revenue Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy results-oriented Sales Manager Director to lead business development efforts manage strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales strong client management skills and experience leading sales teams or managing enterprise accounts Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for target industries and accounts Identify qualify and close new business opportunities in IT services staffing and digital transformation solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers CIOs CTOs Procurement Heads etc Lead RFP RFI responses proposals and presentations for enterprise clients Collaborate with delivery operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention Track pipeline metrics forecast revenue and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets Recruit mentor and manage a team of account executives Stay current with market trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA preferred 8 years of experience in IT services consulting solutions sales with at least 3 years in a leadership or quota-carrying role Proven experience selling staff augmentation managed services or digital solutions to enterprise clients Strong understanding of technology domains such as AI cloud data analytics cybersecurity ERP and digital transformation Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on enterprise accounts and GCC clients Represent SAT Inc at industry events GCC forums and technology conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads Stay abreast of industry trends GCC growth models and emerging technologies impacting enterprise operations Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large system integrators Familiarity with government or federal contracting Existing network of enterprise buyers and partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment What We Offer Competitive base salary attractive commission structure Leadership opportunity in a high-growth technology firm Health dental vision and retirement benefits Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and global clients Collaborative culture with career advancement opportunities SA Technologies - Global Capability Centers Digital Transformation SA Technologies provides comprehensive Global Capability Center solutions that drive innovation and business growth Expert GCC setup talent solutions and digital transformation services
