1. Senior Sales Engineer- Mumbai location- CTC upto INR 8LPA+variable
2. Senior Sales Engineer- Chandigarh location- CTC upto INR8LPA+variable

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Engineer to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Functions:

Sales Planning

- Sets long-term objectives and outlines the steps necessary to hit sales goals, ensuring the competitive edge and operational efficiency.

Sales Forecasting

- Through the analysis of historical sales data and current market conditions, you can anticipate future sales volumes. This insight supports the strategic planning of marketing initiatives, resource distribution, and the establishment of achievable sales targets, profitability.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Utilizing CRM tools to scrutinize customer interactions and data facilitates personalized service and tailored sales approaches, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Support to Market Analysis

- Evaluating sales figures and market trends, pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational improvements.
- Adjusting marketing strategies based on consumer demand forecasts, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to market changes.

Authorities:

This position is authorized to take techno-commercial decisions within approval matrix in favor of DYNA to secure valuable customer and to grab competitor's strong-hold customer.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Educational Qualification:

- Engineering Graduate
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales of industrial products, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing business strategies that resulted in substantial revenue growth.
- Should be able to connect well to top most people of other companies.
- Should be able to lead from front.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

· Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the specified industries.

· Strong leadership and motivational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

· Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
