you bring to the table Responsibilities xefx83x98 Prepare project management reports and meeting minutesxefx83x98 Manage all project documentation including contracts budgets and schedulesxefx83x98 Maintain best practices templates on SharePoint sitexefx83x98 Administrative duties to include but not limited to copying coordinating travel arrangements expense report preparation organizing lunches WebEx meetings etc xefx83x98 Manage accounts receivables according to the guidelines and requirements set by the Facilities Manager Operations Manager or project teamxefx83x98 Ensure that all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance the project team and or the Regional Operations Managerxefx83x98 Assist local team in meeting targeting financial numbers as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive Committeexefx83x98 Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignmentxefx83x98 Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project managementxefx83x98 Prepare PowerPoint presentations memos responses to proposals and researchxefx83x98 Actively collaborate with stakeholders and leverage platform supportxefx83x98 Assist with client communication conferences and eventsxefx83x98 Maintain all files and documents related to project assignmentxefx83x98 Any and all other duties and tasks assignedRequirements Qualifications xefx83x98 Bachelors degree from an accredited institution requiredxefx83x98 1-3 years of experience working in a similar rolexefx83x98 Detail oriented and organized- must have ability to proactively plan for multiple projects at a timexefx83x98 Strong communication skills- both written and oralxefx83x98 Proficient with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint Word Outlook etc xefx83x98 Must be a self-starter- able to start and complete projects independentlyxefx83x98 Proactive does not wait for tasks to be asked but always prompts to
