Gurgaon HO Gurugram Haryana, India Skymax Construction Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage steel structure projects from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, site teams, and contractors.
- Review and interpret technical drawings (fabrication and erection drawings).
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and bottlenecks early.
- Track material procurement, delivery schedules, and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Coordinate between design, production, and site erection teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Support client communication and update stakeholders on progress and issues.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structures/fabrication/erection projects.
- Strong understanding of structural steel detailing, fabrication processes, and project lifecycle.
- Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
