Role & Responsibilities: - Conducting full-cycle recruitment for various hiring (IT / Non-IT), utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates - Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and cultural fit - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements - Managing offer negotiations and facilitating the hiring process - Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and standards - Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively - Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices - Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs - Collaborating with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as a Recruiter in US Staffing - Ability to negotiate and close offers effectively - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: To streamline our recruitment process we have collaborated with Jobringer.com to securely host and manage entire candidate database.
