Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Representative will handle daily interactions with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving support inquiries. Duties include offering top-notch customer service, managing communications with clients, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Previous experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred
