
Customer Care Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions via incoming calls and WhatsApp messages. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service, installation, or complaint resolution. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp chats related to installation, service requests, complaints, and inquiries.
• Log customer requests accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Assign service requests to field engineers and track resolution timelines.
• Provide customers with status updates on their service requests or complaints.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned departments.
• Follow up with customers post-resolution for feedback and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Ensure high first-call resolution (FCR) and customer delight
.
• Identify recurring issues and flag them for process improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or inbound call handling
.
• Experience handling WhatsApp Business or chat support is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
• Strong problem-solving and customer empathy skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries efficiently.
• Prior experience in appliance or service industry is preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of any regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam,
etc.).
Shift & Availability:
• Must be available to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required).
• Flexible for 9 AM to 9 PM coverage in staggered shifts.
