About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Learning Management Specialist Project Manager to manage and optimize our client s Cornerstone OnDemand learning management system LMS In this role you will oversee course publishing content management user administration and analytics ensuring seamless learning experiences and compliance training delivery This role combines technical platform expertise with project management skills to ensure seamless course delivery effective learning administration and successful content development and your work will directly support organizational learning objectives and enhance learner engagement Job Title Learning Management Specialist Project Manager Position Type Full-time employee open to India-based candidates only0 Work Location Remote from India but must be willing to work Europe or US Eastern working hours Start Date ASAP Key Responsibilities Configure publish and maintain learning courses curricula and learning paths in Cornerstone LMS Manage course enrollment prerequisites completion tracking and content updates Conduct quality assurance on content and ensure adherence to standards Administer user accounts roles and permissions while monitoring learner progress Generate learning analytics reports to measure engagement and effectiveness Support compliance training and provide technical assistance to learners Collaborate with L D teams to optimize platform usage and implement new learning technologies Participate in platform upgrades vendor coordination and development of governance policies Education Experience Bachelor s degree 2 years of LMS administration experience preferably Cornerstone OnDemand 2 years of project management experience in learning and development Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards Technical Skills Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand configuration and administration Knowledge of SCORM xAPI Tin Can and AICC standards Experience with content authoring tools Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate etc Strong analytical and reporting skills familiarity with HTML CSS Project management software proficiency Smartsheets MS Project Asana Trello etc Core Competencies Excellent project management communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Focus on learner experience process improvement and change management Preferred PMP or similar certification Cornerstone OnDemand or other LMS certifications Knowledge of instructional design methodologies ADDIE SAM etc Background in adult learning principles
