Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Chandigarh. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, maintaining and managing client accounts, and building strong communication channels with stakeholders. The role requires effective collaboration with the internal teams to achieve business targets and strategic goals. Qualifications - Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong foundation in Business strategies and management - Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Relevant experience in sales and marketing is a plus - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in client relationship management tools and software is advantageous
