Job Description Location: Marol, Andheri Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 6 months+ About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be the friendly voice of our brand. You will assist customers, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. - Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. - Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. - Handle requests, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically. - Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. - Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and coordinate solutions. - Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes. - Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs. What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service or support is preferred but not mandatory. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude. - Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with customer support software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Flexible to work in shifts or adapt to changing schedules.
