About Us Paytm is India s leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company Pioneer of the mobile QR payments revolution in India Paytm builds technologies that help small businesses with payments and commerce Paytm s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology About the Team The Oil and gas vertical Focused Offline payment solution team Includes payment of oil petrol and gas bills via QR Codes and POS machines Predominantly dealing with Petrol and gas station Merchants and other Retail business handling end to end sales and Operations Onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants Maintaining good relationship with PSU Companies Oil marketing Companies Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships in the loyalty and rewards ecosystem The role involves identifying negotiating and onboarding brands merchants and corporate partners to expand our loyalty program offerings enhance member engagement and drive incremental revenue Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Acquisition Identify and target potential partners across industries FMCG retail travel ecommerce BFSI hospitality etc for loyalty tie-ups Pitch the value proposition of our loyalty solutions and negotiate win-win partnership agreements Build multi-sector partner portfolios to enhance member redemption and earning opportunities Account Management Relationship Building Manage key partner accounts to ensure satisfaction retention and growth Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns joint promotions and customer engagement initiatives Track partner performance and recommend optimization strategies Market Research Strategy Conduct competitor analysis industry trend monitoring and opportunity mapping in the loyalty space Work with product and marketing teams to align partner offerings with customer needs and company goals Revenue KPI Management Deliver on sales and partnership acquisition targets Ensure partner deals contribute to incremental revenue customer acquisition and engagement KPIs Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree MBA preferred in Business Marketing or related field Experience o 5-10 years in business development partnerships or sales preferably in loyalty programs rewards platforms fintech or allied sectors o Proven track record of closing B2B deals and managing partner portfolios Skills o Strong negotiation presentation and networking abilities o Understanding of loyalty program mechanics reward redemption models and partnership monetization o Ability to work cross-functionally with product marketing and analytics teams o Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Key Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for partnerships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven fast-paced environment Analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities KPIs Number of new partnerships signed Partner revenue contribution to overall loyalty program Customer engagement and redemption rates driven by partner offers Retention and satisfaction scores of existing partners Compensation If you are the right fit we believe in creating wealth for you With enviable 500 Mn registered users 21 Mn merchants and depth of data in our ecosystem we are in a unique position to democratize credit for deserving consumers merchants - and we are committed to it India s largest digital lending story is brewing here It s your opportunity to be a part of the story
