About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals to join our growing team in the Modular Switches industry. As a Sales Executive or Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and expanding our brand presence in the Haryana market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks in assigned territories
- Promote and sell our lighting products to B2B clients and retail partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
- Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights
- Provide timely reports and sales forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of sales experience in the Modular Switches and accessories.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel extensively within Haryana
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
