Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive - Client Services team. The ideal

candidate should come with proven experience in managing client accounts within an

advertising/creative agency environment and be able to lead client relationships, ensure smooth

project execution, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective project

management

Brief and coordinate with internal teams creative, strategy, digital, and production

Assist in developing strategic campaign approaches based on client objectives

Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and mainline channels

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients

Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure quality control before final delivery

Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat

business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

13 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency

Proven experience in both digital and mainline advertising

Exposure to campaign strategy, planning, and execution

Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
