Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will manage client relationships, handle client communications, prepare presentations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Account Management and Presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
