Role Description

The Customer and Client Servicing Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, handle client relations, provide high-quality customer service, and deliver presentations. The role also includes responsibilities for account management and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Skills in Client Services and Client Relations
- Experience in providing Customer Service
- Proficiency in delivering Presentations
- Account Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience in the merchandising or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
