Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and execute projects brought in by the sales team. This role involves end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:


•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.


•Manage the complete project life cycle from initiation to execution and final delivery.


•Coordinate with internal teams including content, design, video production, and digital teams to ensure timely project execution.


•Liaise with vendors and external stakeholders for smooth project operations.


•Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and ensuring high satisfaction levels.


•Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.


•Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues proactively.


•Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are met in all deliverables.


•Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and business growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Healthcare-related fields (BSc, BPharm, DPharm, MPharm, PGDM-Healthcare, etc.).


•2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management in an advertising, marketing, or healthcare communication agency (Freshers can also apply).


•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.


•Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


•Prior experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical communication is a plus.
