About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Client Servicing Executive
to work with a leading digital advertising agency in Mumbai The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their business goals, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and projects that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (creative, media, performance, and content) to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Prepare and present proposals, campaign reports, performance updates, and insights to clients.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication, feedback, and expectations management.
  • Assist in campaign planning, media strategy, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and digital innovations to provide strategic input to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management within a digital or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, paid ads, content, branding, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
