Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Head to lead our Fitness Segment. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and brand promotion, ensuring smooth operations across units, and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness units.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with teams for performance tracking and planning.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
- Drive brand positioning and enhance customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure overall accountability for meeting sales and revenue goals.
- Build, lead, and motivate teams to achieve excellence in service and performance.

Requirements

- 45 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or operations management (fitness industry preferred).
- Strong skills in sales, strategy planning, and execution.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly disciplined, target-driven, and adaptable.
- Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends is a plus.
