Location: On-site | Mumbai & Pune
Role Type: Full-Time
Experience: 25 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities for industry-leading summits and events
- Drive new business development and lead generation initiatives
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Meet revenue targets through effective sales strategies
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in sponsorship or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident negotiator with a flair for closing deals
- Strong lead generation and account management capabilities
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Event or media sales experience is a plus
