Job Description About the Role: Account Director As an Account Director in Data & AI space, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence through OEM partnerships and solution-based selling. You will collaborate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to identify business challenges and demonstrate how our data and AI solutions, including Generative AI, can address these challenges and drive business success. We are looking for an Account Director to drive growth in Data & AI, leveraging OEM partnerships, solution selling, and generative AI to solve business challenges and build strong enterprise relationships. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on data and AI solutions, including generative AI applications. - Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving strategic engagements in Data & AI solutions. - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through marketing efforts, referrals, and strategic partnerships. - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to expand business across industry. - Build and maintain strong OEM partnerships with industry leaders like Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Qlik-Talend to co-market and co-sell AI-driven solutions. - Leverage OEM relationships to enhance solution offerings and drive joint sales initiatives. - Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, tracking deal progress, revenue forecasts, and closure timelines. - Ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics and account performance. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor activities within the Data & AI space, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications accross industry. - Provide insights to internal teams to refine product positioning and sales strategies. - Lead complex sales negotiations, structuring deals that align with customer needs and business objectives. - Ensure contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements are aligned with business and legal frameworks. - Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value proposition of generative AI and data-driven solutions. - Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to demonstrate solution capabilities and business impact.
