As the Account Director, you'll manage multiple client portfolios across sectors such as real estate, fintech, tech, and corporate communications, while driving strategic storytelling and media visibility that creates tangible business impact. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end PR strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. - Act as the senior client partner ensuring strategy alignment, delivery, and measurable outcomes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 business, finance, startup, and tech media. - Oversee and guide PR executives and account managers from brainstorming to execution. - Drive consistent media pitching for stories, interviews, commentaries, and features. - Handle crisis communication and reputation management with strategic precision. - Collaborate on new business development proposals, client pitches, and account expansion. What We're Looking For - 8+ years of PR experience in a leading PR or communications agency. - Proven success managing diverse client portfolios (Fintech, Real Estate, Corporate, Tech, Startups). - Strong media network and established relationships with top-tier journalists and editors. - Excellent storytelling, writing, and media strategy skills. - Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities you bring out the best in your team. - A proactive, solution-driven, and collaborative mindset you get things done.
