Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our business development team and help us connect with travelers who value heritage, culture, and experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, storytelling, and building relationships with clients, helping them discover journeys that are both enriching and luxurious. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads into confirmed bookings. Manage the sales process end-to-end, including inquiries from LinkedIn, website forms, Instagram campaigns, and referrals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals. Collaborate with our marketing and operations team to align sales strategies with campaigns and new tour launches. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM. Provide insights and feedback from clients to help enhance tour offerings and customer experience. Desired Profile: Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or luxury services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with diverse clients. Fluency in English and Tamil is a must. Fluency is Hindi, Kannada and Telugu would be added advantage. Passion for heritage, culture, and experiential travel. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in generating leads. Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms for lead management.
