We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team in the Delhi, Noida, and Delhi NCR regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences and market conditions.
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
