Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-field role, requiring direct interaction with potential clients to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to explain and promote Link Leap Technologies' offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve services and offerings.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in Delhi and willing to work on-field daily.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: Must be an undergraduate (completed).
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance and experience).
