We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market reach in medical and surgical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting healthcare facilities, meeting potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales & Client Visits: Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to promote medical and surgical products.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local and regional healthcare sector.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present products, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Order Management: Coordinate with the logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Product Demonstration: Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, usage, and compliance requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in field sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or surgical equipment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
- Sales & Negotiation: Excellent persuasion skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare sector dynamics and distribution channels.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to Travel: Extensive local travel for client meetings and field visits.

- Prior experience in selling medical consumables, hospital equipment, or surgical items.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and product certifications.
