Vimaan’s proprietary suite of sensors, cameras, computer vision platform, and software backend provide an end-to-end solution for comprehensive and real-time tracking of inventory within the warehouse.
Vimaan has raised $50M in venture capital from blue chip Silicon Valley investors and has engagements with multiple Fortune 500 customers. The company has over 50 employees in various locations in the U.S. and one location in Bengaluru, India.
Why This Role Matters
We are building Vimaan’s Marketing Org: a high-energy function that powers growth, credibility, and customer engagement in the U.S. market and other parts of the globe. This role goes beyond traditional marketing: you’ll leverage AI, automation, and experimentation to scale awareness, drive qualified leads, and support our sales and product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Top-of-funnel growth: SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, paid/earned channels, PR, backlink strategies.
- Mid- & bottom-funnel enablement: Conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, collateral creation, demo videos, and case studies.
- AI-first workflows: Partner with growth engineers to design AI-driven campaigns—automated content generation, personalized outreach, email sequencing, and dashboard reporting.
- Storytelling: Translate advanced AI + robotics products into clear, compelling narratives for customers and prospects.
- Execution management: Oversee contractors (India & U.S.), support trade show preparation, and make the case for team expansion as needed.
- Funnel ownership: Report KPIs weekly and monthly- traffic, conversion, lead quality, ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams in India; engage U.S. sales teams and customers directly.
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years in B2B marketing, SaaS, or enterprise tech (growth or product marketing).
- Engineering background (B.Tech from IIT/NIT/BITS or similar) and/or MBA (IIM/ISB or equivalent) preferred, but track record matters most.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM like Zoho), WordPress, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity
- Demonstrated success in content creation, SEO, CRO, A/B testing, backlinking, PR, video storytelling.
- Fluent with AI tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, Apollo, Clay, or similar) for scalable marketing automation
- Excellent communication skills for U.S. customer and cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Organized, data-driven, and highly proactive—comfortable in a startup environment with minimal oversight.
