Job Description As a SEO Specialist at UniAthena, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across our digital properties. This role requires an experienced professional who can work independently to deliver results while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead technical SEO audits and implement solutions for complex technical issues affecting site performance
- Create and maintain detailed SEO roadmaps, including prioritization of initiatives based on impact and resource requirements
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify opportunities to gain market share in search results
- Design and implement advanced link-building campaigns, focusing on high-authority relevant domains
- Develop data-driven content strategies based on keyword research, user intent, and market analysis
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical SEO requirements are met during site updates and migrations
- Implement structured data strategies to enhance SERP features and rich snippet opportunities
- Monitor and analyze core web vitals and other technical SEO metrics to optimize site performance
- Provide expert consultation on international SEO strategies and implementation
- Create and maintain SEO reporting dashboards for stakeholder communication
- Identify emerging SEO trends and opportunities to maintain competitive advantage
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for SEO optimization
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on SEO best practices

Skills Required:

- 0-1 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated success in improving organic search performance
- Poroficiency in SEO tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including experience with JavaScript frameworks, server-side rendering, and mobile optimization
- Experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms and understanding of development workflows
- Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies based on algorithm updates and industry changes.
