Role & responsibilities
- Employer Service Helpdesk (Helpdesk Operator)
- Resolve Queries through Software/tools (Attend calls)
- Additional Trainings will be provided
- Preparing reports
- Excel- PowerBI
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduates (Any stream)
- Fresher with good communication skills (AK) (good spoken English is mandatory)
- Individuals with 6 months experience in customer service will be considered for the requirement.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- 6.30am - 3.30am
- 9.30am - 6.30pm
- 12.30pm - 9.30pm (Dinner will be provided)
- 9.30pm - 6.30am (Dinner will be provided)
- Shift timing will be fixed for 1 month
Office Location - Goregaon (Mumbai)
Week Offs: 1 week off (Roster will be shared for the same)
Shift and Week off would remain constant for 1 month
