Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in both HR consulting and contract staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business development within these sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to generate new business, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of our firm.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HR consulting and contract staffing markets. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored HR consulting and staffing solutions.

- Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company's goals and growth objectives.

- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Ensure client expectations are met and managed effectively.

- Work closely with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services, both in consulting and contract staffing.

- Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and client feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skill Set:

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the HR consulting and/or contract staffing industry/EOR.

- Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets in HR consulting and staffing services.

- Strong understanding of HR consulting services, including talent management, organizational development, and contract staffing solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and a collaborative mindset.
