Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite) What to expect from the role This role reports into Sales - Team Lead. - Strategize to ensure and implement a robust sales pipeline for the assigned product (one or two products as per business requirements). - Measure daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations. - Conduct daily team huddles to brief and motivate the team on team and individual targets. - Own the overall training and quality of the sales teams. Provide training interventions and feedback in coordination with the Product team. - Monitor self-performance at all times while also contributing to team performance, keeping track of factors such as conversion factor, average revenue generated per lead, and average revenue per sale. - Analyze and share active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team from time to time, in consultation with senior members of the Sales team. - Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions. Who are we looking for? - Candidate's attributes - Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitches with ease. - Result-driven with experience in extremely target-centric roles. - Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance, high-growth environment. - Self-learner with strong grasping ability. - Good understanding of CRM management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms, etc.). Great to have - Exposure to financial and accounting courses or a similar industry.
