Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional located in Tarakeswar, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Business Development professional will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, exploring new markets, and providing top-quality customer service. The role also involves analyzing data to develop strategic sales plans and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop strategic sales plans
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads and developing new business opportunities
- Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research and exploring new markets
- Customer Service: Strong customer relationship management and client support skills
- Experience in the engineering or construction consulting industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
