Inventory Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Inventory Manager to lead all aspects of inventory operations ensuring accurate stock levels minimizing losses and improving overall efficiency This role is critical in maintaining seamless supply chain performance across multiple locations The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Zoho Inventory or Zoho One ecosystem and advanced Excel to drive data-driven decisions streamline workflows and support cross-functional teams You ll play a key role in optimizing inventory processes leading a team and implementing best practices that enhance accuracy reduce costs and support business growth Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end inventory management across multiple warehouses or locations Maintain precise stock records through regular cycle counts audits and annual physical inventories Forecast demand and set optimal reorder points safety stock levels and replenishment plans Fully utilize Zoho Inventory for Item batch serial number bundle and composite item management Purchase order creation goods receipt and vendor coordination Sales order fulfillment pick-pack-ship processes and drop shipping Multi-warehouse transfers adjustments and stock reconciliation Custom reporting dashboards and automated workflows Integration with Zoho Books CRM e-commerce platforms Shopify Amazon etc and 3PL providers Generate and analyze inventory reports stock valuation turnover slow-moving obsolete items ABC analysis using Zoho Inventory and advanced Excel PivotTables Power Query VLOOKUP dashboards Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records Lead train and mentor a team of warehouse and inventory staff Partner with procurement sales finance and warehouse teams to improve processes and reduce operational costs Implement and enforce inventory control policies SOPs and industry best practices Manage shrinkage damaged goods returns and expired inventory if applicable Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean 5S automation and barcode RFID adoption Requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inventory Manager or Senior Inventory Controller At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory certification is a strong advantage Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel complex formulas Power Pivot slicers data modeling Solid understanding of inventory best practices FIFO LIFO EOQ safety stock cycle counting Proven experience managing inventory across multi-channel and multi-warehouse environments Familiarity with inventory valuation principles and accounting practices preferred Preferred Nice-to-Have Zoho Inventory Advanced Certification or experience with Zoho One ecosystem Experience using Power BI or Google Data Studio for inventory dashboards Knowledge of ERP systems Zoho Books Tally Prime etc Background in manufacturing e-commerce retail or 3PL industries Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification Benefits What We Offer - Competitive salary package based on experience - Opportunity to work with modern cloud-based tools Zoho ecosystem - Professional growth and training opportunities - Positive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Please submit your updated resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your Zoho Inventory experience to with the subject line Application - Inventory Manager Zoho Inventory Contact whatsapp No 9381077728 Alternatively apply directly via our webform We are an equal-opportunity employer
