**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Experience**: Both Fresher and Experienced

**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge will be responsible for the overall supervision and smooth functioning of the sweet and restaurant outlet. The role includes managing daily operations, overseeing staff, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, controlling inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and billing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Store Operations & Management**
- Ensure the store opens and closes as per schedule.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations including sweets, snacks, and food counters.
- Monitor food display, cleanliness, lighting, and ambience.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and front counters for timely service.

**2. Staff Supervision**
- Oversee, train, and schedule service and kitchen staff.
- Maintain discipline and ensure staff adhere to hygiene and service protocols.
- Motivate the team to provide courteous and efficient service.

**3. Inventory & Stock Control**
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Place orders, manage vendor relations, and handle inward/outward stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage wastage.

**4. Customer Service**
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Ensure proper billing, packaging, and service delivery.
- Monitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

**5. Sales & Reporting**
- Track daily sales and cash management.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, expenses, and footfall.
- Assist in upselling festive hampers, seasonal products, and combos.

**6. Hygiene & Quality**
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor temperature, freshness, and expiry of sweets and dishes.
- Coordinate with quality control team for regular checks.
