Job Description

- We are hiring enthusiastic freshers and experienced candidates for multiple voice-based roles in leading banking processes including inbound customer support, reminder calling, and outbound sales. - Open Processes
- BOIInbound & Reminder Calling (Versant 3)
- Handle inbound banking queries from customers
- Make outbound reminder calls for payments, updates, or services

IDFC First Bank Sales (X-Sell) (Versant 3/4)

- Promote products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Current/Savings Accounts
- Yes Bank Sales (Versant 3)
- Promote and explain products such as YCOP, CVM, RL (Retail Liabilities)

Key Responsibilities

- Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote banking product
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
- Achieve daily/monthly targets (for sales processes)
- Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with banking standards
- Deliver excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving
- Eligibility Criteria

Education:HSC or Graduation (Graduates preferred for BOI)

Experience:Freshers welcome; experience in voice processes or banking sales is an advantage

Skills:

- Good English-speaking skills
- Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to clear Versant Level 3 or 4 assessment
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Shifts & Week Offs

BOI:Rotational shifts & rotational week offs

IDFC & Yes Bank: Fixed day shifts (9:30 AM 6:30 PM or sales window) & Sunday off
