sustainable value for both the plant and the society Key Activities A Project Management Establish review and implement project management approach for up-gradation of utilities building infra and stakeholders requirements KPI KPR Investment realization Digital penetration No of projects through AI Data Analytics B Asset Maintenance Management Buildings and Utilities Establish and review the building and utilities management process to ensure on-time availability and initiate improvement plans Plan and oversee the implementation of Soft services in the plant to ensure House-keeping Estate garden maintenance KPI KPR Zero Incident Accidents and Zero NC in Audits MTTR MTBF C Budget controlling and Obsolescence Management Planning of budgets for the upkeep of utilities as per inputs from
