Sr Associate Partner - AAP Job Title Senior Associate Partner - AAP Location Multiple Department Agency Function Agency Enablement AAP Reporting to Zone Head - AAP Band 4A Channel Summary The agency channel refers to a distribution method where insurance products are sold through agents These agents act as intermediaries between the insurance company and customers facilitating the sale of policies providing customer support and offering advisory services This initiative is expected to improve customer experience especially in markets where customers prefer human interaction It also supports customer in Resolving policy service need Renewal collection to resolve policy holder s service needs Cross sale opportunity Job Summary Track competition regularly at regional level on various measures such as new strategies new compensation models etc with particular reference to AAP model developed by the competitors Key Responsibilities Key Deliverables Exceed target on new Agency Associates in their respective patch Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by Agency Associates Emphasis on quality recruitment through one-on-one session Create mutual support platform to enable easier recruitment for Agency Associates Enhance AFYP Number of cases by Agency Associates Responsible for training developing execution of AAP business Increase retention of agents Agency Associates to increase agent satisfaction Ensure compliance with various IRDA guidelines Timely contract of agency associates within regulatory guidelines Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level Measures of Success Add-on of AFYP number of cases Add-on of number of new agency associates Case Rate Case Size Agent satisfaction survey Accuracy and timeliness of information AAP is within limits of IRDA jurisdiction URN to Code efficiency while utilizing all the sources Key Relationships Internal External HO co-ordination Desired qualification and experience Job Specifications Post Graduate MBA will be given preference overall 7-8 years of sales experience Should have handled team minimum 2-3 years man-manager experience Should have minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience KEY COMPETENCIES SKILLS REQUIRED Selling Skills Relationship Building skills Coaching and Developing Team Result Orientation Resilience Discipline Demonstrating Adaptability About Axis Max Life Insurance Axis Max Life Insurance Limited formerly known as Max Life Insurance Company Ltd is a Joint Venture between Max Financial Services Limited MFSL and Axis Bank Limited Axis Max Life Insurance offers comprehensive protection and long-term savings life insurance solutions through its multi-channel distribution including agency and third-party distribution partners It has built its operations over two decades through a need-based sales process a customer-centric approach to engagement and service delivery and trained human capital As per the annual audited financials for FY2023-24 Axis Max Life Insurance has achieved a gross written premium of INR 29 529 Cr For more information please visit the company website at www maxlifeinsurance com ComeAsYouAre LGBTQIA and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply
