Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the office building
- Manage parking space allocation and resolve related issues
- Provide field support for various operational activities
- Handle courier services management, including dispatch and receipt of packages
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with vendors for services (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
- Address general office queries and assist employees with day-to-day administrative needs
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and resolve any administrative issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or facility management (3+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to manage vendor relationships and resolve queries
- Familiarity with office management software and tools
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
