Job Summary Release planning and maintain hygiene towards preparation of release activity Maintain a centralized release calendar across Aspire DATA Aspire FPSL Team and product teams Manage the application release process ADO pipeline and artifacts collection to ensure the release follow and compliant with Bank standards Support tech delivery lead in coordinating and managing technical related tasks and activities Assist Solution Intent and architecture review Coordinate with global tech and up down stream development teams to deliver the project needs Coordinate with Vendors to ensure vendor s solution meet Bank standards Support delivery lead to monitor technology delivery progress Drive release readiness reviews ensuring code freeze QA sign-off and documentation are complete Identify patterns in release challenges and work with leadership to improve processes Communicate the release-related tasks such as plans timelines requirements etc between different teams Handle changes end to end related to release Work closely with Testing team for TDA RT PT closer Key Responsibilities Strategy Awareness and understanding of the Group s business strategy and model appropriate to the role Business Awareness and understanding of the wider business economic and market environment in which the Group operates Processes Responsible for the system architecture development build and deployment processes of the resilience solutions to be delivered Comply with Bank Group Policy and always adhere to Group Code of Conduct Lead Guide mentor team to deliver quality product by adhering to best SDLC practices People Talent Effective communication skill Team player Strong Analytical and strategic mindset coupled with a thorough understanding of analytics in Banking Industry Experience in software like Jira SharePoint Confluence ADO Repos ADO Pipelines Works closely with program manager scrum master and architects to convey technical impacts to development timeline and risk Ensure successful technical implementation with NIL minimal post implementation issues Risk Management Identify risks and highlight to appropriate forum to mitigate the risk Governance Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across
