Job Title IT Support Executive Location Mansarovar Riico Jaipur Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to manage and resolve all basic computer and laptop-related issues in our office The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the network LAN Tally server software installations password resets and IT asset inventory Key Responsibilities Technical Support Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops desktops and printers Install update and configure software applications including Tally MS Office and other business tools Reset and manage user passwords access rights and security settings Provide technical assistance to employees on IT-related issues Network Server Management Maintain and troubleshoot office LAN Wi-Fi and internet connectivity Ensure smooth operation of the Tally server and other critical software servers Coordinate with internet service providers ISP for network-related issues IT Inventory Management Keep track of IT assets including laptops desktops printers and accessories Maintain records of software licenses and ensure compliance with company policies Recommend hardware and software upgrades as needed Security Data Protection Ensure system security and data protection protocols are followed Assist in antivirus and firewall management Support data backup and recovery procedures Requirements Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field preferred 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Knowledge of Windows OS networking and troubleshooting Familiarity with Tally Microsoft Office Suite and system administration Ability to manage and maintain IT inventory records Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Perks Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work with a dynamic team Career growth and learning opportunities Interested candidates can apply by sending their resumes to
