The Pravasi is a luxury travel design company specializing in bespoke experiences, curated itineraries, and seamless travel services for discerning travelers. We are affiliated with global luxury travel programs includingIHG Luxury, LHW, SLH, Hyatt Prive, Preferred Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Fan Club, and Anantara Step.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and experiencedHotel Reservations Expertto manage hotel bookings, coordinate with luxury hotels and DMCs globally, and ensure seamless reservation processes for our HNI and UHNI clientele. The role also includes client billing, payment follow-ups, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all hotel and villa reservation requests with speed, accuracy, and a luxury mindset.
- Coordinate with hotel partners and DMCs for best rates, upgrades, and value-adds through The Pravasis luxury affiliations.
- Personalize all reservations with guest preferences, special notes, occasion details, and custom requests.
- Arrange VIP in-room amenities and special touches in coordination with the hotel to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure pre-arrival guest expectations are communicated and executed by the hotel to perfection.
- Follow up for confirmations, special requests, and last-minute changes.
- Prepare invoices, collect payments, and maintain payment status records.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for outstanding payments and confirmation details.
- Maintain and update internal reservation trackers and client profiles.
- Communicate effectively with the Travel Designers to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Be available for urgent client needs or changes, even on Sundays if necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client dealings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 24 years of experience in hotel reservations or hospitality sales.
- Strong knowledge of global luxury hotel brands and their reservation systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in email handling, Excel, and basic accounting/billing software.
- Strong client servicing skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a luxury travel company or hotel chain.
- Knowledge of luxury travel programs and affiliations.
- Understanding of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in payment collections or billing coordination.
