Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller-Real Estate. The position is based in Gurugram. The Tele Caller will be responsible for generating leads through telephonic communication, engaging with potential customers, providing detailed information about real estate projects, and setting appointments for sales teams. The role includes following up on leads, maintaining an updated database, and achieving targeted sales goals. Effective communication and a customer-centric approach are key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage potential customers and provide detailed project information
- Experience with sales and customer service
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases
- Skills in telecalling and lead generation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
