Role: Technical Scrum Master

Location:PAN India

Years of experience needed Have 3-4 years of working experience on a software development project

Role description

SE Community is developed on a platform provided by the Vendor Khoros and the development activity is managed by another vendor team. The Customer Community Scrum Master will be responsible for working with both the vendors and ensure the timely delivery of tickets and features.

Sprint: 2Weeks, 80% planned and 20% Kanban

Expectations:

Follow Agile practices to drive efficiency

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, demos and daily stand-ups

Ensure sprint progress and deliverables throughout the sprint

Assess risks and facilitate communication

Work with product owner/stakeholders to handle backlogs and new requests

Help manage roadblocks and conflicts

Help team follow JIRA practices and improve sprint efficiency and velocity

Coordinate for tasks related to SEO and moderation

Manage stories is sprint and create tasks/ subtasks from stories to ensure completion of sprints

Deeply involved in the project/requirements and working closely with the scrum team

Empathize with the scrum team and help clarify the requirement and roadblocks

Strong Communication skills will help managing Community project network

Coordinate operational activities like managing platform/technical/ process related requests and access for the scrum team.

Help the PO in managing the Community related documentation on Confluence.

Manage and generate insights from customer feedback shared on Customer voice platforms.

Must Have:

Agile Methodologies, Scrum practices, Kanban, Risk Assessment, JIRA

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Good Have

Forecasting of projects

Coding/testing experience

Understanding of software architecture
