Scrum Master - Data Analytics and Engineering Team

# About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic data analytics and engineering team.
As the Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile methodologies, removing obstacles, and fostering
a culture of continuous improvement within our data-driven environment.

# Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for a team of data analysts and data engineers
- Coach the team in Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to principles and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog
- Foster a culture of self-organization and cross-functional teamwork
- Protect the team from external distractions and interference
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Track and report on team metrics and sprint progress
- Continuously assess and improve the team's processes and practices

# What we are looking for
## Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, as well as other Agile methodologies (Kanban, XP, etc.)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

## Desirable
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Experience working on projects in the Financial Services sector
- Experience working with data analytics and engineering teams
- Basic understanding of data analytics and engineering concepts and workflows
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
