Job Title: Scrum Master/ Sr. Scrum Master
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications: Any relevant degree (BE, BTECH, MCA)
**Relevant Experience: 3 to 10 years**
- Operates as a team-based true leader in service to the team’s needs.
- Ensures the teams are practicing Agile principles.
- Partners with Product Owner and supports Technical Product Manager in managing the backlog to ensure it is properly prioritized and appropriately sized.
- Facilitates all Scrum Events(backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint retrospectives, sprint demos).
- Establishes, tracks and communicates agile metrics (such as team velocity and burn down chart, ensures sprint progress and completion)
- Facilitates alignment and assists Technical Product Manager and Delivery Team with making appropriate commitments.
- Protects the team from interruptions and distractions to clear a path for achieving sprint goals
- Identifies, removes and/or escalates risks, impediments, and cross team dependencies that are unresolvable by the team and interfere with the team’s ability to deliver commitments.
- Accountable for promoting continuous improvement by coaching the team to use metrics to identify and measure progress.
- Continuously learns new approaches to facilitation, agile best practices and how to improve team dynamics.
- Helps the Team to focus on delivery of high-quality stories on a predictable, sustainable cadence.

About you:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, coaching and team building skills
- Good skills and knowledge of truly leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Experience working with one agile team, good to have experience working with multiple agile teams.
- Knowledge of Agile approaches - Scrum, Kanban
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (ex: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
- Hands on experience in tool like JIRA.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
