Job Description Sales Development Representative (US Market) Location: Gurugram Reporting to: Director of Sales , US Sales Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM About TrueFan AI: TrueFan AI is a leading AI-powered video personalization platform that turns a single shoot into hyper-personalized video content in 175+ languages. We enable brands and celebrities to connect with audiences at scale using cutting-edge generative video tech. Profile Overview: As an SDR focusing on the US market, you'll be the first point of outreach to potential clients (brands, agencies, marketers). Your mission: generate qualified leads via outbound efforts, nurture interest, and set up meetings for the Account Executives. You'll be a key part of growing TrueFan's presence in the US and helping hit pipeline & growth targets. What you will Do: - Prospect and generate leads in the US market via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn / social outreach - Qualify those leads (discovering pain points, fit, decision-makers) and book meetings for AEs - Keep the CRM updatedrecord all activities, outreach, follow-ups, responses - Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine messaging, outreach strategy, targeting - Hit monthly quotas for qualified leads & meetings booked - Stay on top of industry trends, competitive offerings, to better position TrueFan in conversations What we look for: - 1-3 years experience in SDR / lead generation / inside sales, preferably for US or international clients - Strong written & verbal communication, excellent in English - Comfortable doing high-volume outreach, and handling rejection - Good understanding of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus Points if you have: - Experience selling to CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers, or agencies - Prior work in SaaS / AI / video / creative sectors - Exposure to ABM (Account-Based Marketing) or international sales cycles What you will gain: - Opportunity to build your skills with high impact in the US market - Competitive salary + commission/performance incentives - Exposure to global brands / cutting-edge AI video personalization tech - Fast growth path & visibility within the company
