Function Quality Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As a Lead EV Powertrain Drive Systems you will be reporing to Section Head EV Supplier Evaluation and be a part of the EV Quality team within Quality Function The Purpose of your role is to manage EV Specific components supplier related actions related to NPD parts and includes study of new designs and CTQ identification and ensure cascading supplier Drive overall continuous Quality Improvement with Mechanical Electrical component suppliers and manufacturing locations Also ensure Supplier Evaluation Development QAV New Tool trials PPAP etc for VCU BMS MCU PDU Portable Fast Charger etc To ensure the Quality of Battery pack by doing Product Process Audit and identifying non conformity for improvement Restoration 4 Alignment with required stakeholders to avoid potential market or development failures A purpose driven role for you Your Roles and Responsibilities will include but be not limited to the Following- 1 Improve the quality of Supplier parts Ensuring quality of the manufacturing processes at suppliers to improve process reliability through Audits QAVs Review supplier design engineering manufacturing purchasing and quality documentation which may include 8D s for compliance to Continental and customer requirements 2 Develop EV exclusive parts at supplier end and ensure vehicle integrations EV Specific components -VCU BMS MCU PDU Portable Fast Charger DC-DC Converter software controls Battery Motor etc by Ensuring quality of new parts developed at suppliers through Audits QAVs Ensure Improve performance of new product - Testing and Validation COP Ensure Conformity to Production through robust testing mechanisms 3 Supplier Evaluations QAV L1 Confirmation of Supplier process Quality System i e PPAP APQP QC Tool etc TFC Confirmation action on all current issues -
