We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Position: Sales Development Representative Location: Spaze I-Tech Park Sohna Road - Onsite Company: GWC Networks Private Limited - Gurugram - India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience - 1-3 years Target Region: Delhi- NCR About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within a defined territory. You will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, social media, inbound leads). - Schedule and meet Corporate customers. - Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve Sales Targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. - Collaborate with other team members (e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. - Conducting high-quality follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with prospects Qualifications: - Proven track record of success in sales or a related field - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. - Strong closing and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Self-motivated and driven to achieve results. - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho). - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
