ABOUT THE JOB: We are hiring confident and experienced professionals to handle life insurance renewal processes. If you have experience in insurance or customer service and can communicate clearly in Hindi, English, Gujarati, or Malayalam, this opportunity is for you.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Make outbound calls to customers regarding life insurance policy renewals • Explain due dates, renewal benefits, and available payment options  • Resolve customer queries related to policy status, terms, or procedures • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions  • Meet assigned renewal targets while maintaining high customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass / HSC Preferred: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, etc.) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector. Freshers with strong communication skills and basic insurance knowledge may also be considered. Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of life insurance products and policy servicing processes. Customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts. Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and CRM or call center systems. Behavioral Attributes: Patient, polite, and professional tone when dealing with customers. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive mindset and willingness to learn.
